Skills
The ideal candidate must have the following:

	A solid understanding and ability to design, develop and test Web applications and modules using MVC framework (zend, cakephp, symfony, rails)
	Strong concepts in database design and development in MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.
	Development experience on Linux/UNIX platforms.
	Solid User Interface design skills, especially Web 2.0 and AJAX (YUI, Prototype and jQuery).
	Knowledge of "Ruby on Rails" Framework will be a big plus.
	Very good analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to think out-of-the-box and take initiatives.
